Prior to founding SilkenPath, Stella worked at Hogan Lovells International LLP, a top-notch international law firm headquartered in Washinton D.C. and London, where she represented many leading Chinese companies in their overseas investments and expansion efforts. She also previously worked at an investment consulting firm based in Los Angeles, providing legal and business services to companies seeking to go public in the United States.

Prior to founding SilkenPath, Holden held a key position within the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) system, where he was actively involved in the legislation and regulation of China’s capital markets. He later joined China International Capital Corporation (CICC), a top-tier global investment bank, where he specialized in providing customized wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families, assisting clients in investing across various cross-border secondary market financial products covering major global capital markets.
While practicing in the United States, Holden worked at a major domestic law firm, where he managed all immigration cases on the West Coast, overseeing a caseload of over one thousand matters.
